Dr. Jarrett Benaway
Chiropractic
Dr. Jarrett Benaway is a dedicated chiropractor and graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. His passion for chiropractic care began during his time at Saginaw Valley State University, where he experienced the benefits of chiropractic treatment firsthand, helping him overcome personal health challenges. This success inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others achieve the same results through chiropractic care.
At Palmer, Dr. Benaway gained expertise in a variety of techniques, including the Palmer Package, Thompson Technique, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator Method, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and the McKenzie Method. He is also certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy and is a Certified Graston Technique Practitioner. Additionally, Dr. Benaway holds certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), blending chiropractic care with strength training and rehabilitation.
Originally from Midland, MI, Dr. Benaway attended Midland High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Saginaw Valley State University. His personal experience with chiropractic care and its transformative effects on his own health were the driving forces behind his pursuit of a Doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College.
Outside of his professional practice, Dr. Benaway enjoys staying active through kayaking, hiking, and weightlifting. He’s also an avid football fan and cherishes time spent with his family, friends, and animals.
