Dr. Jarrett Benaway is a dedicated chiropractor and graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. His passion for chiropractic began during his undergraduate years at Saginaw Valley State University, where he experienced firsthand the life-changing benefits of treatment that helped him overcome personal health challenges. Inspired by these results, he pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer with a commitment to helping others achieve the same kind of relief and renewed health.
During his training, Dr. Benaway gained experience in a wide range of techniques, including the Palmer Package, Thompson Technique, Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Activator Method, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and the McKenzie Method. He is also certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy, a Certified Graston Technique Practitioner, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. By blending chiropractic care with strength training and rehabilitation, he helps patients restore function, improve performance, and feel their best.
A Midland, MI native, Dr. Benaway graduated from Midland High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Saginaw Valley State University. Today, he brings his education, clinical training, and personal health journey together to serve his patients with compassion and expertise.
Outside of the office, Dr. Benaway enjoys kayaking, hiking, and weightlifting. He’s also an avid football fan and values time spent with his family, friends, and animals.
